星载喇叭圆环阵的研制

摘要 与平面阵列相比,圆柱阵列具有扫描增益、副瓣和波束形状不变,能实现360°全向覆盖,波束控制更灵活等优点,因此圆柱阵技术在雷达领域的应用趋于广泛。本文根据需要设计了一个X波段喇叭圆环阵,阵列由37个天线单元组成,覆盖180°空域。通过开关选通37个喇叭中相邻的14个喇叭形成瞬时窄波束,每路均接入一个移相器,用以补偿波束形成中的单元相位差,同时实现天线波瓣优化的相位加权。同时针对星载平台对喇叭天线单元进行了减重设计。 Compared to the planar phased array,the cylindrical array could avoid the big changes of the beam width and the gain when scan.So the needs of the cylindrical array is increase by radar and electronic warfare domain.According to the requirements of a satellite-borne wide-band wide-angle scanning system,a x-band half-ring horn array antenna prototype is designed and manufactured,which consists of 37 antenna elements and covering±90°.The weight of a single horn antenna was reduced from 59g to 38g by milling part of it with a special tooling.The measured results shown VSWR of the antenna at whole X-band are under 1.85,the side-lobe is less than-12db,the pitch beam width is≥±10°,and the gain is greater than 19.2db,which could achieve the requirements of system.
