摘要
使用高效液相色谱-四极杆/静电场轨道阱质谱法(UPLC-Q-Orbitrap)建立14种化学药物快速筛查方法。样品以50%甲醇超声提取后可上机测定,结果表明14种化学药物在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.995),平均回收率为90.8%~105.4%,RSD为0.52%~5.82%。该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,分析速度快,可为感冒类中成药中化学药物测定提供参考。
A method for the determination of 14 kinds of chemical drugs was established by UPLC-Q-Orbitrap.The samples can be measured after extracted with 50%methanol by ultrasound.14 chemical drugs showed good linear relationship within their own ranges(r≥0.995),whose average recoveries were 90.8%~105.4%with the RSD of 0.52%~5.82%.This method is simple to operate,highly sensitive,and rapid in analysis,providing a reference for the detection of chemicals drugs in Chinese patent drugs for colds.
