破碎围岩穿脉巷道修复及支护技术研究

摘要 某铁矿井下穿脉巷道围岩节理发育破碎,夹层弱面较多,穿脉巷道反复变形破坏,影响安全生产,需探索更适用的破碎围岩穿脉巷道修复及支护技术。通过分析巷道支护体系破坏原理,结合同类型工程案例,制定了“围岩改性+预应力锚网喷+短锚索+钢筋梯+壁后充填”的巷道修复及支护方案,将巷道内部支护与表面支护有效结合,保证破碎围岩穿脉巷道修复后的稳定性。经实践验证,该修复及联合支护方案对破碎围岩穿脉巷道优化效果良好,避免了巷道反复破坏,大大降低了修复费用和修复过程的安全隐患。研究结果可为类似破碎围岩穿脉巷道支护修复设计提供参考。 The surrounding rock joints of the vein-crossing roadway in an iron mine are developed and broken,and there are many weak planes in the interlayer.The repeated deformation and failure of the vein-crossing roadway affect the safety production.It is necessary to explore a more suitable repair and support technology for the vein-crossing roadway in broken surrounding rock.By analyzing the failure principle of roadway support system,combined with the same type of engineering case,the roadway repair and support scheme of'surrounding rock modification+prestressed anchor net spray+short anchor cable+steel ladder+wall filling'is formulated.The internal support and surface support of the roadway are effectively com-bined to ensure the stability of the broken surrounding rock after the repair of the roadway.It has been veri-fied by practice that the repair and combined support scheme has a good effect on the optimization of the bro-ken surrounding rock crossing roadway,avoids the repeated damage of the roadway,and greatly reduces the repair cost and the safety hazard of the repair process.The research results can provide reference for the sup-port and repair design of similar broken surrounding rock cross-vein roadway.
