某深部煤层综采工作面切顶卸压留巷技术研究

Research on Roof Cutting and Pressure Relief Roadway Retaining Technology of Fully Mechanized Mining Face in a Deep Coal Seam

摘要 为解决深部开采工作面沿空留巷问题,以山西某矿工作面回风顺槽为研究对象,针对性设计切顶卸压留巷技术方案并进行工程应用。采用理论计算及数值模拟方法确定切顶卸压钻孔布置参数,并结合以往留巷及支护经验确定留巷段支护参数。工程应用后,工作面回风顺槽留巷段围岩变形控制效果较好,可满足邻近工作面回采需要。研究表明,设计的切顶卸压留巷技术方案效果显著,满足深部开采工作面回采巷道留巷需要。 In order to solve the problem of gob-side entry retaining in deep mining face,taking the re-turn airway of a mine in Shanxi as the research object,the technical scheme of roof cutting and pressure re-lief roadway retaining is designed and applied in engineering.The theoretical calculation and numerical simu-lation method are used to determine the layout parameters of roof cutting and pressure relief boreholes,and the support parameters of the retained roadway section are determined in combination with the previous re-tained roadway and support experience.After the engineering application,the deformation control effect of the surrounding rock in the entry retaining section of the return airway of the working face is good,which can meet the mining needs of the adjacent working face.The research shows that the designed technical scheme of roof cutting and pressure relief roadway retaining is effective and meets the needs of roadway re-taining in deep mining face.
