摘要
在城市电网中,电弧导致的电气灼烧伤害愈发频繁。聚酰亚胺作为电弧防护材料具有耐高温、高阻热性,是保护带电作业人员生命安全的有效装备,但目前对于聚酰亚胺电弧防护材料的阻热实际效果研究相对较少。文中建立了有聚酰亚胺材料影响下的气体电弧温度场仿真模型,得到了燃弧过程中聚酰亚胺对电弧辐射温度场分布的影响。在实验室搭建了气体电弧发生装置,改变电弧电流大小、电弧电极间距、铜量热计测量点距电弧中心点距离,通过铜量热计测量温升得到聚酰亚胺防护材料对气体电弧辐射温度场的变化规律。仿真和试验结果表明,聚酰亚胺对气体电弧的辐射温度场具有明显的阻隔作用,其在不同的电弧辐射条件下均可以展现出良好的隔热性,证明了聚酰亚胺材料在带电作业环境中对气体电弧辐射具有优异的防护性能。
Electrical ignition injuries from arcing are becoming more frequent in urban power grid.Polyimide,as an arc protection material,has high temperature resistance and high heat resistance,and is an effective facility to pro⁃tect the safety of live workers.However,at present the study on the actual heat resistance effect of polyimide arc pro⁃tection materials is relatively less.In this paper,a simulation model of gas arc temperature filed under the influence of the polyimide is set up and the influence of polyimide on the arc radiation temperature field distribution during the arcing process is obtained.A gas arc generating device is set up in the laboratory,the variation of the polyimide pro⁃tection material to the gas arc radiation temperature field is obtained by way of changing the magnitude of arc cur⁃rent,the distance between the arc electrodes and the distance from the measurement point of the copper calorimeter to the center of the arc as well as of temperature rise measurement by copper calorimeter.The simulation and test re⁃sults show that the polyimide has obvious blocking effect on the radiation temperature field of gas arc,and shows per⁃fect heat insulation under different arc radiation conditions,proving that the polyimide material has excellent protec⁃tion performance against gas arc radiation in the live working environment.
