摘要
高校肩负着为党育人、为国育才的光荣使命和重大责任。大学生是党和国家重要的人才资源,也是党的新鲜血液的重要来源之一。建设一支素质过硬的大学生党员队伍,是办好中国特色社会主义大学的应有之义,大学生党员的教育培育质量一定程度上反映了高校人才的培养质量。因此,高校要切实提高大学生党员教育培养质量,为实现中华民族伟大复兴提供强有力的人才支撑。通过对南昌师范学院“青烛讲堂·青烛先锋队”组织育人实践平台的研究,在分析其创新大学生党员培养新模式的实践路径及主要成效的基础上,提出高校加强大学生党员教育培养工作的对策和若干建议。
Universities shoulder the noble mission and critical responsibility of cultivating talent for the Party and the nation.College students are not only an essential talent resource for the Party and the country but also a vital source of new blood for the Party.Building a highly competent team of student Party members is an integral part of running universities with Chinese socialist characteristics.The quality of student Party member education and cultivation reflects,to some extent,the overall quality of talent training in universities.Therefore,it is imperative for universities to enhance the education and training of student Party members to provide robust talent support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on the research on the organizational education platforms such as“Qingzhu Forum”and“Qingzhu Pioneer Team”at Nanchang Normal University,this study analyzes the practical pathways and key achievements of its innovative student Party member cultivation model.Furthermore,it proposes several strategies for strengthening the education and cultivation of student Party members in universities.
