摘要
巷道围岩体的控制工作一直以来是煤炭企业要解决的关键技术性难题,小煤柱孤岛工作面回采巷道受工程扰动影响较大,伴随着巷道围岩的局部应力集中、裂隙发育明显、煤柱承载性较差等问题,使得巷道围岩的整体形变量较大。针对上述情况,以华阳一矿12062工作面下巷为研究对象,根据巷道围岩钻孔窥视的整体裂隙发育情况,采用锚索补强支护+架棚(π型钢+单体支柱)支护的联合支护形式来控制巷道围岩的整体变形,同时给出具体的支护方案。回采巷道现场实际应用效果表明,12062工作面下巷巷帮及顶底板最大形变量分别为460 mm和378 mm,巷道围岩的实际形变量完全可以适应井下的安全生产需求,围岩支护优化效果明显。
The control of surrounding rock of roadway has always been a key technical problem to be solved by coal enterprises.Because of the great effect of engineering disturbance on the small coal pillar island working face,resulting in roadway surrounding rock’s local stress concentration,obvious fracture development and poor coal pillar bearing capacity,leading to the overall larger deformation of roadway surrounding rock.In view of the above situation,this paper takes the No.12062 working face of Huayang No.1 Mine as the research object,and uses the combined support form of anchor cable strengthening support+shelting(πsteel+single-pillar)to control the total deformation of surrounding rock of roadway,and provides a concrete support scheme.The actual application results of the mining roadway show that the maximum deformation of the lower roadway wall and the roof and floor are 460 mm and 378 mm,respectively,and the actual deformation of the roadway surrounding rock can fully adapt to the safety production needs of the underground,with obvious surrounding rock support optimization.
