摘要
目的:研究益气除痰方对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)化疗患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取40名Ⅲb、Ⅳ期NSCLC患者并随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组接受化疗及常规西药止咳平喘等对症治疗,观察组在此基础上予益气除痰方治疗。治疗结束后对比两组间以及同组治疗前后的T细胞亚群水平(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、系统免疫炎症指数(SII)、KPS评分疗效评价以及中医证候评分。结果:在接受治疗之前,两组患者的普遍状态大体相同(P<0.05)。观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平均超过了同组治疗前的水平(P<0.05);观察组的SII评分水平与治疗前及对照组相比较均显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗结束后,观察组的中医证候评分及KPS评分疗效评估显著优于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:益气除痰方可改善NSCLC化疗患者的T细胞亚群表达,降低机体免疫炎症水平,显著提高生存质量,有利于临床治疗。
Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Chutan Formula on immune function in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)treated with chemotherapy.Methods 40 patients with stageⅢb andⅣnon-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received symptomatic treatment such as chemotherapy tablet and conventional western medicine to relieve cough and asthma,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqi Chutan Formula.After treatment,T cell subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),systemic immunoinflammatory index(SII),KPS score and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups and before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the general status of patients in both groups was similar(P<0.05).After treatment,the KPS score and TCM syndrome score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group and the same group before treatment(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).SII scores in the treatment group were higher than those in the control groupand before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Chutan Formula can improve the expression of T cell subsets in patients with NSCLC undergoing chemotherapy,reduce the level of immune inflammation in the body,significantly improve the quality of life,and be conducive to clinical treatment.
