摘要
                
                    本文围绕渤海地区某海上平台修井机的自动化改造展开论述,介绍了改造的背景、技术特点、实施过程以及预期效果,分析了现有钻修机自动化水平,并结合行业发展趋势,提出了修井机自动化改造的必要性和紧迫性。通过实施自动化改造,能实现井口管柱自动化设备的配置,提升作业效率,降低安全风险,为渤海地区海上平台钻修机自动化、智能化升级提供有益的探索和实践。
                
                This article discusses the automation transformation of a workover rig on a certain offshore platform in the Bohai Sea region,introduced the background,technical characteristics,implementation process,and expected effects of the renovation.By analyzing the automation level of existing drilling and repair machines,combining with industry development trends,the necessity and urgency of the automation transformation of the well repair machine have been proposed.By implementing automation transformation,implemented the configuration of automated equipment for wellhead tubing,improved homework efficiency,reduced security risks,this provides useful exploration and practice for the automation and intelligent upgrading of offshore platform drilling and repair machines in the Bohai region.
