影像学技术在新生血管性青光眼诊断中的研究进展

摘要 新生血管性青光眼(NVG)是一种由异常新生血管引起的具有潜在致盲性的继发性青光眼。NVG发病通常缓慢而隐匿,对该病早发现、早治疗,可以极大且有效的降低其致盲率。近年来,随着影像学技术在NVG诊断和随访中的广泛应用,使得NVG的诊治及预后取得了显著进步。这些新的进展为NVG相关疾病的准确诊断以及后续有效治疗提供了重要依据。本文将对这些新进展做一综述。 Neovascular glaucoma(NVG)is a potentially blinding secondary glaucoma caused by abnormal neovascularization.The incidence of NVG is usually slow and hidden.Early detection and early treatment of the disease can greatly and effectively reduce its blindness rate.In recent years,with the wide application of imaging diagnostic techniques in the diagnosis and follow-up of NVG,the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of NVG have made significant progress.These new advances provide an important basis for the accurate diagnosis and subsequent effective treatment of NVGrelated diseases.The article will review these new developments.
