摘要
消防设施是建筑中必要的安全防护设施,但考虑到其使用频次普遍较少,所以对设施的定期维护保养检测工作必须实施到位。论述了建筑消防设施的维护保养检测工作现状,以相关案例公司的建筑消防设施维护保养检测技术工作内容为关键点,对福田老会展中心的消防设施维护保养工作展开讨论,指出其中可能存在的问题,提出改进策略。建筑消防设施要始终处于良好的备用状态,能随时协助开展建筑消防工作,防患于未然。
Firefighting facilities are necessary safety protection facilities in buildings,but considering their low frequency of use,regular maintenance and inspection of the facilities must be implemented effectively.This article discusses the current status of maintenance and inspection work for building fire protection facilities,with a focus on the technical content of maintenance and inspection work for building fire protection facilities of relevant companies(Shenzhen Huinn Fire Protection Facilities Engineering Co.,Ltd.).Taking Futian Old Convention and Exhibition Center as an example,the discussion points out several possible problems and finally proposes improvement strategies to ensure that building fire protection facilities are always in good standby condition,ready to assist in carrying out building fire protection work,and prevent problems before they occur.
