高强耐候钢新型光伏支架结构的优化研究

摘要 高强耐候钢是一种新型的光伏支架结构材料,具备独特的耐腐蚀性、高强性、环保性和经济性。通过对高强耐候钢光伏支架实际案例开展结构受力分析与复核,提出几点结构优化思路和举措,通过采用优化措施,相较于优化前,光伏支架用钢量由33.0 t/MW降至31.7 t/MW;相较于传统钢材光伏支架,用钢量降低了约16.6%,实现了降低用钢量的目的,这表明高强耐候钢应用于光伏支架时具有节约用材、降低造价的优势。同时阐述了该新型支架材料在应用过程中存在的不足及面临的挑战,为高强耐候钢光伏支架在光伏行业中的推广应用提供参考和借鉴。 High-strength atmospheric corrosion resisting steel is a new type of PV bracket structural material,with unique corrosion resistance,high strength,environmental protection and economy.Through the structural stress analysis and review of the actual case of high-strength atmospheric corrosion resisting steel PV bracket,several structural optimization ideas and measures are put forward to achieve the purpose of reducing the amount of steel used.By adopting optimization measures,the steel consumption of PV brackets has decreased from 33.0 t/MW to 31.7 t/MW compared to before optimization.Compared with traditional steel PV brackets,the steel consumption has been reduced by about 16.6%,achieving the goal of reducing steel consumption.This indicates that high-strength atmospheric corrosion resisting steel has the advantages of saving materials and reducing costs when applied to PV brackets,and at the same time,the shortcomings and challenges of the new bracket material in the application process are described.To provide reference and reference for the promotion and application of high-strength atmospheric corrosion resisting steel PV bracket in PV power industry.
