摘要
目的:检测阴道分泌物AV/BV五联检生化酶谱,统计年龄分布、就医类别,评估阴道微生态失衡、AV和BV感染情况,指导临床治疗。方法:首先选择2017年1月11日~2017年12月31日患者,规范采集阴道分泌物;其次标本进行AV/BV五联检监测,即检测H2O2、SNA、LE、GUS和GADP;然后录入资料,生产Excel表格;最后统计分析年龄分布、就医类别和评估阴道微生态失衡、AV和BV感染情况。结果:2 265位患者中年龄分布主要集中在21岁~40岁之间,共1885位,占83.22%。AV/BV生化酶谱共检测项目总数11 325项,其中阳性项目数占25.66%,疑似率占1.48%,阴性率占72.86%。患者就医来看,急诊占2.03%,非急诊占97.97%;门诊占75.54%,住院占24.46%。妇科占90.91%,产科占9.61%,其他科室占0.49%。AV/BV五联检生化酶谱检测结果,H2O2、SNA、LE、GUS和GADP五项阳性率分别为42.52%、13.07%、43.09%、1.81%、27.81%,疑似率分别为2.12%、0.75%、1.02%、0.04%和3.49%,阴性率分别为55.36%、86.18%、55.89%、98.15%和68.70%。结论:AV/BV五联检生化酶谱有利于评估阴道微生态状态,鉴定AV、BV感染类别,指导临床指导。
Objective: To detect the biochemical zymogram in vaginal secretion samples by using a quintuplet aerobic vaginitis/bacterial vaginosis( AV/BV) set,so as to investigate the distribution of age,categories of medical aid-seeking,and ultimately guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of AV and BV.Methods Between 11 January 2017 and 31 December 2017,patients in our hospitals were included in the study and collected for vaginal secretion samples which subsequently were subjected to a quintuplet AV/BV test of biochemical zymogram( including H2 O2,SNA,LE,GUS and GADP). The findings were recored and entered into an Excel spreadsheet. Statistical analyses were performed of the age distribution,medical aid-seeking categories and infection with AV and BV. Results A total of 2 265 patients were included in the study. The patient age was mainly between 21 and 40 years old( n = 1 885,83.22% of total).A total of 11 325 individual enzyme tests were completed,of which,25. 66% were positive,1. 48% were suspected-positive,and 72. 86% were negative. By medical aid-seeking categories,2.03% of these findings came from emergency department vs 97.97% from nonemergency departments;75.54% came from out-patients vs 24. 46% from in-patients;90. 91% from gynecology department,9.61% from,obstetrics department and 0.49% from other departments. By the findings of quintuplet AV/BV biochemical zymography,the positive rates for H2 O2,SNA,LE,GUS and GADP were 42.52%,13.07%,43.09%,1.81%,27.81%,respectively;the suspected positive rates were 2.12% and 0.75%,1.02%,0.04%,and3.49%,respectively;the negative rates were 55. 36%,86. 18%,55. 89%,98. 15%,and 68. 70%,respectively.Conclusion: The quintuplet AV/BV biochemical zymography is helpful for assessing vaginal microbiota,identifying AV and BV,and guiding clinical practice.
