摘要
当前中国铁路运行实现了高速化和自动化,行车安全保障体系能否到位关系到人民生命乃至经济发展的重要问题。保证行车安全一直是铁路运行中最关键的研究课题。结合事故案例,对导致铁路行车安全事故发生的原因进行了分析,列举了铁路行车安全保障体系的结构和组成部分,并针对相关工作提出了创新性的建议。值得所有铁路同行深入思考。
Safe operation is the top priority of the railway industry.Under the ages background of Chinese railway transportation progress toward high-speed,whether the work of railway safe operation can follow up simultaneous or not is the very important issues concerns the success or failure of Chinese railway development.Combining the accident cases in railway history,the reason that causes different railway accidents happened in the process of train operation is analyzed;then the contents of railway safety security system are listed up,and novel suggestions for every aspect are put forward.It is worthy for deep thinking of all railway workers.
