摘要
本文以实证的方法研究了十二表法的 4个中译本的西方语言版本依据 ,将它们与晚近的两个西方语言的版本进行了逐表的比较 ,指出了诸中译本中存在的一些错误 ,介绍了西方国家研究十二表法的新进展 。
With the method of positivism, The author of this paper has made a research to the original editions in occidental languages of four Chinese translations of XII Tables Law, and made a comparison of table by table between these translations and two recent editions in Spanish and in Polish, as a result, some errors existed in these translations has been discovered. Furthermore the author has introduced new developments of study in XII Tables Law in occidental countries, and suggests a necessity of a new translation of XII Tables Law in Chinese.
