摘要
本文用切割照像法测量了3Cr2W8V、012Al、CG-2、GR、HMI钢经相同热疲劳试验规程下的热疲劳裂纹条数及裂纹扩展深度,并以裂纹的扩展深度来评定钢的热疲劳性能的优劣。试验结果表明,GR钢比其余四种钢的热疲劳性能好,3Cr2W8V铜的热疲劳性能最差,HMI,CG-2、012Al钢介于二者之间。还讨论了合金元素,钢的硬度及断裂韧性对热疲劳裂纹产生的条数、裂纹扩展深度的关系以及钢的膨胀系数大小对钢的热疲劳性能的影响。
The number and the propagation depth of thermal fatigue cracks in tool steels 3Cr2W8V, 012A1, CG2, GR and HMI were determined by cutting-photo method. The data of propagation depth of cracks are used to compare the different steels in resistance to thermal fatigue.The experimental results showed that the steel GR possesses higher resistance to thermal fatigue than others did, and the steel 3Cr2WSV shows very weak resistance to thermal fatigue.The relationship of the alloy elements, the hardness and the fracture toughness to the number and the propagation depth of cracks were discussed as well as the effect of the coefficient of expansion on the thermal fatigue behavior.
