摘要
分析了影响垃圾焚烧炉燃烧稳定性的几个重要因素。考虑到垃圾特性的复杂多变以及垃圾焚烧炉燃烧过程的非线性、时变性和不确定性,提出了一个垃圾焚烧炉的模糊控制模型,并将设计的模糊控制系统应用于深圳市市政环卫综合处理厂燃烧控制系统改造中,经改造后的垃圾焚烧炉运行稳定性得到提高,炉温波动变小,取得了较好的效果。
The main factors, which affect the combustion stability of destructor is analyzed. By taking into account the changeful of rubbish ingredient and non-linearity, time variation and unsteadiness of burning process in destructor, the fuzzy control model for the destructor is proposed. A fuzzy controller is designed and applied in retrofitting of control system of Shenzhen Refuse Incineration and Multi-Treatment Plant. The results of the operation data on the destructor shows that the new control system is succeeded and the stability of the performance is obviously improved.
