摘要
本文研究和探讨了江苏省土地利用计划全程跟踪管理系统的设计与实现,为统筹建设用地增量、流量计划指标的配置和使用提供了有力的技术支撑。
This paper studies and discusses the design and implementation of the whole process tracking management system in consideration of land use planning in Jiangsu Province in order to provide a strong technical support for the allocation of incremental and planning index flow and use for the overall construction land.
