摘要
对利用聚丙烯纤维和陶瓷膜过滤来处理某油田外排废水的可行性进行了研究。考察了聚丙烯纤维的除油能力、陶瓷膜过滤去除COD的机理、反应装置的运行参数和处理效果。现场试验表明:聚丙烯纤维吸油能力强,可达0.94kg/kg以上,可把进水中的含油量从20~35mg/L降到10mg/L以下;三级串联陶瓷膜过滤能将油田废水的COD从300~350mg/L降到150mg/L以下;在操作压力为0.1MPa下,稳定运行的三级陶瓷膜过滤器各级的通量分别为0.23、0.14和0.15m/h;通量小和膜污染后的再生是该处理方法在油田废水中推广应用的限制因素。
The treatment feasibility of oil field wastewater by polypropylene fiber adsorption and ceramic membrane filtration has been studied. The experiment is focused on polypropylene fiber performance of removing oil, the mechanism of removing COD by ceramic membrane filtration, the operating parameters and treatment effect. The experiment shows that the capability of polypropylene for adsorbing oil is over 0.94 kg/kg and the influent oil concentration can be reduced from 20~35 mg/L to less than 10 mg/L; three ceramic membrane filters in series can reduce COD from 300~350 mg/L to less than 150 mg/L. Under the conditions of 0.1 MPa of operation pressure and steady operation, the flow rates of the three ceramic filters in series are 0.23 m/h, 0.14 m/h and 0.15 m/h respectively. Low flow rate and the regeneration of polluted membrane are the limiting factors for the utilization of the method in treatment of oil field wastewater.
