摘要
目的观察黄龙止咳颗粒对小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2017年1月—2018年7月治疗的78例小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿的临床资料,依据入选患儿药物治疗方案的不同,将其分为对照组(氨溴索单药治疗,39例)与观察组(氨溴索+黄龙止咳颗粒联合治疗,39例),比较2组患儿相关症状消失时间、免疫功能指标与临床疗效。结果观察组患儿肺部啰音、咳嗽、咳痰、退热消失时间均短于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗1个月后,观察组患儿CD4+值与CD4+/CD8+值均高于对照组患儿,CD8+值低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论小儿反复呼吸道感染患儿经黄龙止咳颗粒治疗,效果显著,可有效缩短临床症状消失时间,利于改善免疫功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huanglong Zhike granule on children with repeated respiratory tract infection.Methods The clinical data of 78 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections treated in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different drug treatment options,the patients were divided into the control group(ambroxol,single drug treatment,39 cases)and observation group(ambroxol and Huanglong Zhike granules combined treatment,39 cases).The disappearance time,immune function indicators and clinical efficacy of the two groups of children was compared.Results In the observation group,the disappearance time of lung sound,cough,cough and fever was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the CD4+value of the observation group was observed.The CD4+/CD8+values of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the CD8+value was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with repeated respiratory tract infections treated with Huanglong Zhike granules has significant effects,which can effectively shorten the disappearance of clinical symptoms and improve immune function.
