摘要
目的观察归脾汤加减治疗老年高血压患者的临床疗效。方法选择2016年3月—2018年3月收治的80例老年高血压患者作为实验对象,抽签法分为2组后明确各组治疗方法:对照组(40例)选择高血压常规降压疗法施治;观察组(40例)选择高血压常规降压疗法+归脾汤加减疗法施治。对比观察2组患者血压波动情况(舒张压、收缩压水平)以及生活质量。结果治疗前,2组在舒张压以及收缩压水平方面无明显差异(P>0. 05);治疗后,观察组舒张压水平以及收缩压水平明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗前,2组在生活质量评分方面无明显差异(P> 0. 05);治疗后,观察组SF-36评分明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论老年高血压患者在接受临床治疗期间,应用归脾汤加减疗法,可使血压波动显著减少,稳定血压,明显促进老年高血压患者生活品质提升。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guipi decoction in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients. Methods Eighty elderly hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected as experimental subjects. The grouping method was used to determine the treatment methods of each group. The control group( 40 cases) selected hypertension and conventional antihypertensive therapy. The observation group( 40 cases) selected hypertension conventional antihypertensive therapy and Guipi decoction treatment. The blood pressure fluctuations( diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure) and quality of life in the elderly hypertensive patients were observed. Result Before treatment,there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant( P < 0. 05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the SF-36 score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion During the clinical treatment of elderly hypertensive patients,the application of Guipi decoction can significantly reduce blood pressure fluctuations,stabilize blood pressure,and ultimately improve the quality of life of elderly hypertensive patients.
