摘要
针对某农用自卸车制动蹄结构存在薄弱环节,采用有限元方法对其进行静动态特性分析和优化设计。建立制动蹄的有限元模型,计算凸轮对制动蹄的促动力和制动蹄回位弹簧的拉力,在其工况下进行静力学和模态分析。在此基础上进行拓扑优化,并提出制动蹄优化设计方案。优化结果表明,制动蹄的最大变形量减小16.5%,最大应力降低28.38%,前三阶固有频率分别提高23.57%、31.74%和31.44%,为制动蹄的结构设计和优化提供一定的理论依据。
Aiming at the weaknesses of brake shoe of agricultural dump truck,the static and dynamic characteristics analysis and optimization design were carried out by using the finite element method.The finite element model of brake shoe was established and the driving force of the cam to the brake shoe,the spring of the brake shoe back position were calculated.Static analysis of the brake shoe structure was executed by using ANSYS Workbench software.Based on the results of topological optimization,an optimization scheme of brake shoe was proposed.Analysis results showed that the maximum deformation of optimized brake shoe was reduced by 16.5%,the equivalent stress was reduced by 28.38%and the first three orders natural frequency was increased by 23.57%,31.74%and 31.44%respectively compared with the original design,which provided a theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of brake shoe.
