摘要
光学材料的色散对波长的依赖关系比较复杂,不仅不同的材料有不同的色散关系式,即使是同一种材料,在不同的光谱范围也很难得到完全相同的色散关系.本文通过实验测量和理论计算对不同色散公式的计算精度进行了研究,并分析讨论了拟合光谱范围与待测光谱范围对色散公式计算精度的影响.结果显示,色散公式的计算精度与所用公式的形式有关,相同的拟合条件下,两项科希公式的计算精度要低一些,但不论哪种形式的色散公式,当待测谱线位于拟合区域内时,计算精度较高.
There is a complex relation between material dispersion and wavelength. Different materials have different dispersion relation, and even for the same materials, in different spectral ranges the dispersion relation is different. In this paper, the accuracy of different dispersion formulas is studied by experiments and calculation. The dependence of dispersion formula accuracy on fitting spectral range and measuring spectral range is discussed and analyzed. The results show that the accuracy of dispersion formula depends on the form of formula used. Under the same fitting condition, Cauchy formula with two items has lower accuracy. But no matter what form of dispersion formula, when the measuring spectral range is located in fitting spectral area a higher calculation precision will be achieved.
