摘要
沈阳市是我国文化悠久的历史文化名城,也是民国时期、新中国成立初期全国工业建设强市,遗留下了丰富的历史遗存,在北方近现代工业发展历程中占据重要位置。但伴随着城市更新步伐的加快,其历史文化保护受到严重影响。在当下"城市双修"精神的指导下,文章梳理了沈阳市现行历史文化保护的现状及存在问题,分析了历史文化保护体系的构建情况,在此基础上,从保护结果与保护过程两方面进行历史文化保护发展状况的评估,并由此提出历史文化保护的措施与手段,以此完善沈阳市历史文化保护、加强城市修补。
Shenyang is a famous historic and cultural city and industrial city in the republic of China and new China period. The historic preservation of Shenyang are affected by the rapid urban renewal. Guided by city betterment and ecological restoration, the paper analyzes the historic preservation situation and the preservation system, evaluates the preservation from result and progress views, and puts forward the preservation strategies.
