庆阳市水资源现状及供需平衡分析 被引量:11

摘要 【目的】研究庆阳市水资源现状和远景规划,进行水资源供需平衡分析。【方法】以庆阳市城市水资源现状为研究对象,在预测庆阳市各县区需水量、分析现状供水能力及未来供水潜力的基础上,以2014年为现状年,以2020和2030年为规划年,对水资源进行了供需平衡分析。【结果】以2014年为现状年,庆阳市各县(区)到2020年需水总量为5 620.47万m3,2030年需水总量为7 883.68万m3。在不同保证率下各县区除环县和华池县外,其余县区供水满足需求量,且有一定的余水量。【结论】建议庆阳市各县区在现状供水水源地开发利用的基础上结合城市供水规划,以保证水资源可持续开发利用为前提,坚持以人为本,优先保证城市居民生活用水,同时协调工业、其他用水,对可供利用的水资源量通过多次供需反馈和协调,使其尽可能达到水资源的优化配置。同时进行城市供水现状水源地及拟建供水水源地保护区划,分并配套建设水利工程设施,实现市域范围内水资源的时空调配,解决水资源分布不均制的矛盾。 【Objective】Study the current situation of water resources in Qingyang,analyzing the balance of supply and demand of water resources.【Method】Take regional status water resource of Qingyang as research object,based on the forecast of water demand in Qingyang and analysis the current water supply capacity as well as the potential of future water supply,taking 2014 as the actuality year and 2020 and 2030 as the forecast year,the supply-requirement water resources were analyzed in Qingyang.【Result】The total water requirement of Qingyang city was 56.2047×106 m3 in 2020 year and 78.8368×106 m3 in 2020 year.under different guarantee rates,the water supply of other counties and districts meets the demand except huanxian and huachi counties.【Conclusion】It is suggested that,combined the urban water supply plan with the development and utilization of the current water supply,ensure the sustainable development and utilization of water resources,adhere to the people-oriented,give priority to the living water of urban residents and coordinate industrial as well as other water use.The amount of available water resources can be optimized to meet the needs of water supply through multiple feedback and coordination.At the same time,it is important to carry out the current water supply in urban and found the proposed water supply source area,divide and build water conservancy project facilities,which will realize the spatial and temporal allocation of water resources of Qingyang and solve the contradiction of the uneven distribution of water resources.
