摘要
以神府超细煤粉为原料,利用原位共沉淀法制备了锌镁铝类水滑石(ZnMgAl LDHs)/煤复合材料;采用X射线衍射、红外光谱分析及扫描电镜表征样品,并采用锥形量热分析研究了复合材料在乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)中的阻燃性能。与机械混合复合工艺相比,化学复合方法可以实现阻燃剂LDHs在神府煤中的纳米分散,增强LDHs及神府煤(成炭剂)之间的相互作用,有助于提高两者对EVA的协同阻燃效果。用该复合阻燃剂填充改性EVA材料的拉伸强度达12.06 MPa,断裂伸长率达445.79%,较纯LDHs及LDHs与神府煤的机械混合样品改性EVA材料的阻燃性能有显著提高。
ZnMgAl hydrotalcite(ZnMgAl LDHs)/coal composites were prepared through an in situ coprecipitation method with ultrafine pulverized Shenfu coal as raw material.All these samples were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM analysis,and the flame retardant properties for ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA)were also studied by the cone calorimeter analysis.Compared with the blending method,nanometer scale dispersion of the fire retardant LDHs was conducted through the chemical composing process,the interaction between LDHs and Shenfu coal(charring agent)is enhanced,and the synergistic flame retardant effect of both EVA and LDHs is also improved.For EVA filled with the composites as flame retardants,the tensile strength is 12.06 MPa,and the elongation at break is 445.79%.Moreover,compared with pure LDHs and the blending materials of LDHs and coal,the fire retardancy properties of LDHs/coal composites are improved significantly.
