摘要
耐慢速裂纹增长性能(ESCR)是评价管材料使用寿命的一项重要指标。目前,标准的慢速裂纹增长测试所需的时间一般远远超过实验所能容许的范围,严重限制了对管材料的性能评价,以及对其结构与性能的研究。针对这一问题,国内外学者提出了一些替代传统方法的ESCR快速表征方法。文中综述了聚乙烯材料慢速应力开裂的机理,评估了快速评价管材耐慢速应力开裂性能的3种方法:耐环境应力开裂性能、拉伸实验、结晶研究,并对其优点和不足进行了评价。为管材料的研究和质量控制提供参考。
Environmental slow crack resistance(ESCR) is an important indicator of the service life of PE pipes. Currently,a standard ESCR measurement is lack of efficiency and intolerable,which greatly limits the fast evaluation of the performance of PE pipes,and the investigation on the structure-properties. In order to solve this problem,many researchers proposed some fast ESCR characterization methods,which have both advantages and disadvantages. In this paper,the mechanism of slow crack of PE pipes was summarized,three kinds of fast ESCR characterization methods,including ESCR,tensile tests and crystallization methods,were reviewed in order to provide a thorough understand in this area.
