摘要
全面从严治党背景下高校加强党建带团建工作是贯彻落实党的十九大精神的内在要求,是共青团适应新形势要求推进共青团改革的重要政治保障,是巩固党的基层组织的必然要求。研究以沈阳农业大学为例,构建思想政治建设、组织建设、干部建设、作风建设、工作发展、保障机制六位一体的党建带团建模式,丰富了新时代高校党建带团建工作模式。
Universities should enforce the work of CYL's building led by CPC building under the background of comprehensively strengthening Party self-discipline. It's the inner requirement of fully implementing the guiding principles of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the important political guarantee for Communist Youth League to promote its reform in the new situation,and the precondition to consolidate our party at the preliminary level. This article takes Shenyang Agricultural University as an example to prove that construction of the "Six-in-One"pattern enriches the work pattern of the work of CYL's building led by CPC building in universities in the new era. The"Six-in-One"pattern includes the ideological and political construction,the organizational construction,the leadership construction,the work style construction,the work development and the guarantee mechanism.
