摘要
本文介绍了一种用MCS-51单片微机与专用SPWM发生块相结合组成的晶体管变频调速控制系统.该系统具有加减速时间、v/f曲线可调,硬件线路简单等特点。通过在2.2kw异步机和同步机上进行试验表明:v/f曲线调整灵活,调速性能好.保护系统快速可靠。具有实用价值。
This paper introduces a kind of GTR inverter combining MCS-51 single-chip computer and HEF 4752—a large scale IC for SPWM,which has many advantages such as adjustable accelertion time,deceleration time,v/f curve and simple hardware circuits.Test results prove that the system has a good performance and the protection is fast and reliable.
