摘要
介绍了香港地铁车辆检修采用的以均衡修为基础的A(均衡修日修)、B(均衡修月修)、C(均衡修年修)三个等级的检修修程。通过修正文献[1]中CRH系列动车组均衡修指标A值计算公式,提出了适用于地铁车辆检修的均衡修衡量计算公式。结合深圳地铁4号线实际情况,提出了优化均衡修的建议,以提升地铁列车检修能力。
Based on the concept of balanced-repair,Hong Kong subway maintenance scheme is introduced,including A(daily maintenance),B(monthly maintenance)and C(yearly maintenance).Through a revise of the maintenance formula A for CRH(China Railway High-speed)in the document,an optimum balanced-repair formula applicable to subway maintenance system is put forward.Besides,according to the characteristics of subway maintenance on Shenzhen metro Line 4,some suggestions are proposed to increase the maintenance capability for subway vehicles.
