摘要
文中采用高温热泵系统替代燃油加热炉完成原油加热脱水,达到油田联合站节能环保的目的。针对热泵机组的技术能力和联合站的特殊要求,采用热泵机组等设备和控制系统组成高温热泵系统。采用工控机和现场仪表组成的控制系统对高温热泵系统各设备运行参数实时采集和控制。对高温热泵系统在油田试验阶段的影响系统可靠运行的问题进行改进,可以实现系统的无人值守自动运行。系统试验结果证明,其替代燃油加热炉可行且节能效果明显。
Oil heating furnace was replaced by high temperature heat pump experimental system to dehydrate the crude oil for energy saving and environment protection in oil gathering station. For the capacity of heat pump and the special requirement of oil gathering station,high temperature heat pump experimental system includes heating apparatus and control system was used.The control system and instruments were used to monitor the parameters of the apparatus of high temperature heat pump. With the improvement of the problems of the high temperature heat pump experimental system in experimental period,it can operate automatically,thus proving the feasibility of the alternative fuel heating furnace and the energy saving effect is obvious.
