摘要
本文把火焰三元传热过程计算程序用于高井电站的10万瓩HG-410/100-1型煤粉锅炉的炉膛传热计算,并作了实验测定,二者的结果是接近的,还对锅炉炉膛设计中的一些工程问题,作了数学模拟计算和分析。
In this article, the mathematical modelling of three-dimensional flame heat transfer with our computer code is used to calculate the furnace of a 100 MW bituminous coal fired utility boiler of HG-410/100-1 type. The heat transfer condition in the furnace of this boiler was measured in detail, and the calculated result is in close accordance with the test. Based on the results by this mathematical modelling method, some practical engineering problems in furnace design, considering heat transfer condition in utility boilers, are disscused.
