摘要
中国石油质量和安全是以油气管道安全为前提,因此,石油企业管理人员需要着重解决油气管道的安全问题,确保新建管道无故障运行,也要保证老旧管道在其正常的使用期限内平稳运行。基于此,从油气管道的完整性管理的概念出发,分析了管道完整性管理的原则以及管道完整性管理体系构成,同时对油气管道完整性管理技术现状进行了探讨,并展望了油气管道完整性管理技术的发展趋势。希望对油气企业管理者有所帮助。
The quality and safety of CNPC is based on the safety of oil and gas pipelines. Therefore, nowadays, the managers of petroleum enterprises should focus on solving the safety problem of oil and gas pipelines, and ensure new pipelines operate smoothly, while the old pipelines operate stably in the service life. Based on this, from the concept of oil and gas pipeline integrity management,this paper analyzes its principle and the system constitution, discusses the status of the technology, and looks forward to the development trend of the technology.It hopes to help the managers of oil and gas enterprises.
