摘要
近十年来,伴随广播电视媒体的迅速发展和广播电视数字化进程,广播电视安全播出技术在系统安全和可靠性加固、管控能力提升、系统应急恢复、应急指挥调度等各个领域都有了长足的进步,广播电视安全播出保障能力有了质的飞跃。本文结合全国广电系统在广播电视安全播出技术发展状况,以及未来一个时期广播电视技术格局、技术体制的发展变化,对广播电视安全播出技术相关情况进行了综述和展望。
In the past decade, the radio & TV safety broadcasting technology has made considerable progress in the system security, reliability reinforcement, control ability improvement, emergency recovery system, improve the capacity of emergency command scheduling and other fi elds, and has a qualitative leap, with the rapid development of radio & TV media and the digitalization process of radio & TV. Combining with the radio & TV safety broadcasting technology development status of the national radio & TV system, and with the development and change of the radio & TV technology pattern and technology system in the near future, the authors have summarize and prospect the relevant information of the radio & TV safety broadcasting technology.
