摘要
高效的指挥离不开指挥信息系统的有效利用,本文提出指挥信息系统在维权执法过程中起到"黏合剂"和"倍增器"的作用,并根据其功能需求给出了一些建设思路。
Efficient command cannot do without the efficient use of Command Information System.This paper points out that Command Information System has the effect of the binder and the multiplier in the process of rights protection and law enforcement.According to its functional requirements,this paper also offers some ideas about how to construct the system.
