摘要
介绍了湍流式湿法烟气脱硫除尘一体化技术的基本原理 ,通过试验研究了 3种不同结构湍流球所构成的湍流层阻力特性 ,分析了钙硫摩尔比和液气比对脱硫特性的影响 。
The fundamental principle of integrated wet flue gas desulfurization and dust-elimination technology has been presented. Through experiments, the resistance properties of turbulent flow layer composed of three different structural turbulent spheres are studied, and the infuencing factors, such as molar ratio of Ca and S, and lequid and gas ratio etc., upon the deaulfurization performance are analysed. Then, the industrial application of the said technology and monitoring results are given.
