摘要
针对珠江电厂 2号炉末级再热器AB侧烟温偏差较大 ,末级再热器后局部烟温比设计烟温高的问题 ,使用CFXTASCFLOW三维流动燃烧传热计算软件对炉内燃烧工况进行模拟计算 ,最终确定了燃烧器反切改造方案 ,并在改造方案实施后对锅炉燃烧进行了优化调整。测试结果表明 ,燃烧器改造后末级再热器AB侧烟温偏差下降了 36℃ ,断面最高烟温平均下降了 30℃ ,末级再热器管壁最高温度下降了 4℃~ 10℃ ,减少了锅炉超温爆管的危险 。
In the light of troublesome problems occurred on boiler No.2 in Zhujiang Power Plant, such as larger deviation of flue gas temperature at A, B side after final stage reheater, and temperature of partial flue gas being higher than the designed value, analog computation of combustion performance in the furnace has been carried out by using the CFX-TASCFLOW heat transfer calculating software for three dimensional flowing combustion, and finally a scheme of reverse tangential retrofitting of the burners is determined, and optimizing adjustment of combustion in the boiler is performed after implementation of the retrofitting scheme. The results of test show, after retrofitting the burners, the flue gas temperature deviation at A, B side having been lowered to be 36℃, the max, flue gas temperature evenly lowered to be 30℃, the max, tube wall temperature lowered to be 4~10℃, the risk of boiler tube burst due to over temperature being reduced, effectively ensuring safe and economic operation of the boiler.
