Changes of Muscle Oxygen Content during Exercise with Increasing Loads

摘要 利用无损的近红外光谱学技术 (NIRS) ,连续监测 15名中长跑运动员以及 10名非运动员在递增负荷运动时 ,大腿股外侧肌的肌氧含量的变化 ,同时监测血容量、血乳酸和心率的变化。结果显示肌氧含量与运动强度、运动能力、血容量、心率和血乳酸有密切的相关关系。肌氧含量的变化可以作为一项无损、敏感的指标直观地揭示运动时肌氧输送与消耗利用的关系。 The technique of non-traumatic near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) was used to continuously monitor the changes of oxygen content of the thigh vastus lateralis in 15 middle and long distance runners as well as 10 non-athletes during exercises on the bicycle ergometer with increasing load. The changes of blood volume, blood lactic acid and heart rate were also monitored. The results showed that the muscle oxygen content was closely correlated with exercise intensity, physical performance, blood volume, heart rate, and blood lactic acid. The change of muscle oxygen content can be used as a non-traumatic and sensitive index for revealing the relations between the transportation and consumption of muscle oxygen during exercise.
