卫星平台型谱化与产品统型协同工作模式的探索与实践

摘要 为适应当前卫星小批量、短周期、高密度的发展形势,以组织建平台、管平台,型号选平台、用平台的总体思路,针对平台功能性能无法适应日新月异的型号任务新需求,产品化统型不足导致产品状态多、型号设计过于发散,定制化现象屡禁不止,型号产品选用和研制效率、效益亟需提高等问题和需求,研究并推动平台型谱建设和产品统型工作。通过平台型谱建设和选用实践,规范型号产品选用,增强总体设计一致性,牵引分系统进行型谱建设和单机产品统型,形成平台型谱建设与型号产品选用的双PDCA循环工作模式,支撑卫星领域高质量发展。 In order to adapt to the current situation of small-batch,short-cycle and high-density development of satellites,aiming at the fact that the functional performance of the platform cannot meet the new needs of the ever-changing project tasks,the lack of product optimization has led to many product states,the project design is too divergent,the customization phenomenon has been repeatedly prohibited,the selection and development efficiency and benefits of project products need to be improved urgently,through organizing the construction and management of satellite platforms,satllite projects selection and applying platforms.As a satellite field Standardize institute,selects of project products,enhances the overall design consistency,as well as the application practices such as the construction of the spectrum of the traction subsystem and the spectrum optimization of stand-alone products,and forms a working mode of double PDCA cycle for the construction of the platform spectrum and selects project products,which supports the high-quality,high-efficiency and high-benefit development of the satellite field.
