摘要
随着新型电力系统建设不断深入,传统发电企业及新能源发电企业融合发展,由于发电定位发生质的变化,其安全体系构建需要深化研究,以满足安全发展所需。文章对传统发电企业结合其调峰角色开展安全管理体系重构与实施,对新能源发电企业则突出其主力角色开展安全体系构建与实践。基于新型的安全体系建设,可满足新型电力系统建设和发展迫切需要,实现各种形态发电企业本质安全。
With the continuous deepening of the construction of new power systems and the integrated development of traditional power generation enterprises and new energy power generation enterprises,due to the qualitative change in the positioning of power generation,the construction of its safety system needs to be further studied to meet the needs of safe development.On the one hand,traditional power generation enterprises should carry out safety management system reconstruction and implementation in combination with their peak shaving roles;On the other hand,it is necessary to highlight the main role of new energy power generation enterprises and carry out the construction and practice of safety systems.Based on the construction of a new security system,to meet the urgent needs of the construction and development of a new power system,and to achieve essential safety for various forms of power generation enterprises.
