摘要
介绍了汽车修补清漆耐久性不够的问题及其解决方案。高耐久清漆组分中,以一种全氟烷基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯为功能单体合成的氟改性羟基丙烯酸树脂作为主体,3F型FEVE氟碳树脂和有机硅改性羟基丙烯酸树脂作为辅助,搭配适量T-12、三嗪类紫外光吸收剂(光稳定剂)。优选的清漆组分与HDI固化剂按比例混合、施工后,得到的漆膜性能优异、满足常规修补需求。优异的耐候性能和持久的抗划伤性能,使该清漆的漆膜具有更长的使用寿命,在汽车修补行业特别是很多强日照、强紫外线辐射地区具有广阔的应用前景。
The problem of insufficient durability of clearcoat for automotive refinish and its solution were introduced.In the composition of high durability clearcoat,a fluorine modified hydroxy acrylic resin as the main resin was selected,which was synthesized from perfluoroalkyl ethyl methacrylate as the functional monomer,in addition,appropriate amount 3F FEVE fluorocarbon resin and organosilicone modified hydroxy acrylic resin were selected as auxiliary components,and some additives such as T-12 and triazine UV absorber(light stabilizer)were selected.Mixing optimal clearcoat and HDI hardener to form a film which was sutable for the conventional repair requirement and showed excellent performance.Excellent weather resistance and long-lasting scratch resistance enabled the clearcoat film to show a longer service life,and the clearcaot had broad application prospects in the automotive repair industry,especially for the automotives in regions with strong sunlight and ultraviolet radiation.
