摘要
猫爪草,又名三散草,属毛茛科,具有清热、祛湿、消肿、解毒的功效。猫爪草含有多种活性成分,如糖苷、多糖、黄酮、有机酸和挥发油等。毛茛多糖是毛茛的主要活性成分,具有极高的营养和药用价值。本文详细阐述了猫爪草多糖的提取分离方法、化学结构特征、生物活性及潜在的应用前景,为猫爪草多糖的进一步开发利用提供理论依据。
Ranunculus ternatus,also known as San San Cao,has the efficacy of clearing heat,eliminating dampness,reducing swelling,and detoxifying.Ranunculus ternatus contains chemical components such as glycosides,polysaccharides,flavonoids,organic acids,and volatile oils.Polysaccharides,as the main bioactive component in Ranunculus ternatus,have extremely high nutritional and medicinal value.This article elaborates in detail the extraction and separation methods,chemical structural characteristics,biological activities,and potential application prospects of the polysaccharides of Ranunculus ternatus,providing a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of the polysaccharides of Ranunculus ternatus.
