摘要
本文基于供给侧和需求侧双重视角,构建了档案智能化管理平台。该平台核心技术包括数据采集与预处理、智能识别与分类、分布式存储与检索以及安全与隐私保护。平台通过高效扫描技术和OCR实现了纸质档案的数字化,利用深度学习算法和NLP技术实现了档案智能识别与文档内容分类。分布式存储与智能检索算法确保系统高效处理大规模数据。此外,平台通过大数据分析、机器学习、NLP等技术挖掘档案价值,优化档案资源供给结构。通过用户数据分析、个性化推荐等手段提供定制化服务。该平台的开发能够提升档案管理的智能化水平,为用户提供高效、精准的档案服务。
Based on the dual perspectives of supply side and demand side,this article constructs an intelligent management platform for archives.The core technologies of this platform include data collection and preprocessing,intelligent recognition and classification,distributed storage and retrieval,as well as security and privacy protection.The platform digitizes paper archives through efficient scanning technology and OCR,and utilizes deep learning algorithms and NLP technology to achieve intelligent recognition and classification of document content.Distributed storage and intelligent retrieval algorithms ensure efficient processing of large-scale data in the system.In addition,the platform utilizes technologies such as big data analysis,machine learning,and NLP to explore the value of archives and optimize the supply structure of archive resources.Provide customized services through user data analysis,personalized recommendations,and other means.The development of this platform can enhance the intelligence level of archive management and provide users with efficient and accurate archive services.
