摘要
目的探讨ER、HER2在老年乳腺原位癌中的分布及作用。方法回顾性收集36例老年乳腺原位癌患者临床资料。采用免疫组化检测肿瘤组织中ER、HER2、Ki67、P53的表达,分析上述分子表达与患者临床特征的相关性。结果原位癌组织内ER、HER2的表达与周围正常组织显著不同,其表达水平与原位癌组织学分级、术后复发、Ki67及P53表达相关(P<0.05)。结论ER、HER2的表达在不同病理学特征的老年乳腺原位癌中明显不同,其表达水平与患者预后密切相关。
Objective To explore the distribution and role of ER and HER2 in elderly patients with breast cancer in situ.Methods Retrospective collection of clinical data from 36 elderly patients with breast cancer in situ.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ER,HER2,Ki67,and P53 in tumor tissues,and the correlation between the expression of these molecules and the clinical characteristics of patients was analyzed.Results The expression of ER and HER2 in situ cancer tissues was significantly different from that in surrounding normal tissues,and their expression levels were correlated with histological grading,postoperative recurrence,Ki67,and P53 expression in situ cancer tissues(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of ER and HER2 is significantly different in elderly breast cancer in situ with different pathological features,and their expression levels are closely related to patient prognosis.
