摘要
分析生长抑素结合腹腔镜肠粘连松解术对肠梗阻患者的影响。选取2020年1月—2023年12月期间到苍梧县人民医院就诊的86例肠梗阻患者为研究对象,按照Excel编号的单双数分为观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=43),对照组采用腹腔镜肠粘连松解术治疗,观察组结合生长抑素治疗,比较两组治疗效果。研究结果显示,观察组临床疗效(95.35%)显著高于对照组(81.40%)(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组术后恢复指标、肠道屏障功能及炎症因子改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组并发症发生率(2.33%)显著低于对照组(13.95%)(P<0.05)。研究发现,采用生长抑素结合腹腔镜肠粘连松解术治疗肠梗阻,可促进患者术后恢复,改善肠道屏障功能,减轻炎症反应,降低不良反应的发生率。
To analyze the impact of somatostatin combined with laparoscopic adhesiolysis on patients with intestinal obstruction.86 patients with intestinal obstruction who visited Cangwu County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group(n=43)and a control group(n=43)according to the odd and even numbers in Excel.The control group was treated with laparoscopic intestinal adhesiolysis,while the observation group was treated with somatostatin.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The research results showed that the clinical efficacy of the observation group(95.35%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.40%)(P<0.05);After treatment,the observation group showed significant improvement in postoperative recovery indicators,intestinal barrier function,and inflammatory factors compared to the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the incidence of complications in the observation group(2.33%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.95%)(P<0.05).Research has found that using somatostatin combined with laparoscopic adhesiolysis to treat intestinal obstruction can promote postoperative recovery,improve intestinal barrier function,alleviate inflammatory reactions,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
