摘要
分析皖南、苏南部分农村地区人居环境现状,通过调查法掌握化粪池普及后的使用率、农户住宅的排水完善程度、现有的农村生活污水处理设施的使用率等情况。结果表明,当前农村生活污水治理依然存在处理设施规模虽达要求但进水量低,投入不足,管理混乱,污水收集排放体系不完善,处理设施不健全、运行管理不到位等问题亟待处理。最后,从工程实践方面提供解决方案。
This paper analyzes the present situation of human settlements in some rural areas in southern Anhui and southern Jiangsu,by using the survey method,the specific information including the utilization rate after the popularization of septic tanks,the drainage perfection of peasant houses,the utilization rate of existing rural domestic sewage treatment facilities,etc.The results show that there are still some problems in rural domestic sewage treatment,such as low water inflow,insufficient investment,chaotic management,imperfect sewage collection and discharge system,imperfect treatment facilities and inadequate operation management.Finally,the solution is provided from the engineering practice.
