摘要
本研究聚焦于戒毒医疗资源的互联互通机制,旨在深入剖析其内涵、重要性与可行性。通过对互联互通机制构建的理论基础与关键要素的可适用性、戒毒医疗机构和社会医疗机构的优势分析及优势互补的实际情况,以及对互联互通机制的实施策略与保障措施的可实施性论述,通过这些多方面资源的有效整合,朝着更加专业化、社会化的方向稳步迈进,为应对毒品成瘾问题提供更为系统、高效且可持续的解决方案。
This study focuses on the interconnection mechanism of drug rehabilitation medical resources,aiming to deeply analyze its conno-tation,importance,and feasibility.By analyzing the applicability of the theoretical basis and key elements of the interconnection mechanism construction,the advantages of drug rehabilitation medical institutions and social medical institutions,and the practical situation of comple-mentary advantages,as well as discussing the feasibility of the implementation strategies and guarantee measures of the interconnection mechanism,and through the effective integration of these multi-faceted resources,we will steadily move towards a more professional and socialized direction,providing a more systematic,efficient,and sustainable solution to the problem of drug addiction.
