采矿自动化中的机电一体化技术研究

摘要 采矿业是国民经济的重要基础产业。我国正处于工业化中后期和经济转型的关键阶段,对矿产资源的高效利用尤为迫切。与此同时,传统采矿业存在工作环境恶劣、生产效率较低以及安全事故时有发生等问题。因此,深入推进智能化改造和无人化生产已成为行业发展的必然选择。聚焦采矿自动化中的机电一体化技术,系统研究了采矿自动化的现状、采矿自动化中的机电一体化技术的应用以及后续发展对策,以期为相关研究者提供参考。 The mining industry is an important basic industry of the national economy.China is currently in the middle and late stage of industrialization and a critical stage of economic transformation,and the efficient utilization of mineral resources is particularly urgent.At the same time,the traditional mining industry has problems such as the harsh working environment,low production efficiency and the frequent occurrence of safety accidents,so it has become an inevitable choice for industry development to promote intelligent transformation and unmanned production.This article focuses on the mechatronical technology in mining automation,and systematically studyies the current situation of mining automation,the application of the mechatronical technology in mining automation and subsequent development strategies,in order to provide reference for relevant researchers.
