摘要
化工行业VOCs废气排放严重影响环境与人类健康。本研究比较了吸附法、燃烧法、生物过滤法、等离子体法等VOCs处理方法,并识别了影响处理效果的关键工艺参数。通过优化方法如DOE和RSM,确定了最优工艺参数组合,显著降低了处理能耗与成本,对减少有害气体排放、促进化工行业的可持续发展具有重要意义。
VOCs emissions from chemical industry seriously aff ect the environment and human health.In this study,VOCs treatment methods such as adsorption,combustion,biofi ltration,and plasma were compared,and key process parameters aff ecting the treatment effect were identified.Through optimization methods such as DOE and RSM,the optimal process parameter combinations were identifi ed,which signifi cantly reduced the treatment energy consumption and cost,which is of great signifi cance for reducing harmful gas emissions and promoting the sustainable development of the chemical industry.
