固废基固化剂固化淤泥质土性能及机理研究

Study on the properties and mechanism of solid waste based solidifying agent for solidification of muddy soil

摘要 研究了水泥固化土、炉渣基固化剂固化土、钢渣基固化剂固化土的工作性能和力学性能,探究了微观作用机理。结果表明,炉渣基、钢渣基固化剂固化土相较水泥固化土流动度(50℃、30 min)均增大约80%;固化剂掺量为15%时固化土7 d无侧限抗压强度较水泥固化土分别提高了162%、216%,固废基固化剂浸水环境养护365 d时无侧限抗压强度高于2.5 MPa;固废基固化剂固化土干燥收缩值较水泥固化土降低约22%;三者的最可几孔径分别为62、53、40 nm,固废基固化剂固化土孔隙分布被优化,水化反应生成了更多的钙矾石和水化硅酸钙等,呈现更密实结构,因此表现出更优异的力学性能。 The operational and mechanical properties of cement,slag-based curing agents and steel slag-based curing agent for the solidification of soft soil were studied,and its microscopic mechanisms of action was investigated.The findings indicated that the flowability of slag-based and steel slag-based solidifiers exhibited an approximate 80%enhancement relative to cement(50℃,30 min),while the UCS(7 d,15%)demonstrated a 162%and 216%increase,respectively,in comparison to cement soil.Following a 365-day immersion in water,the UCS of the solid waste-based curing agent was more than 2.5 MPa.The drying shrinkage value of the solidified soil with the solidifying agent was observed to decrease by approximately 22%.The most probable pore sizes of the three are 62 nm,53 nm,and 40 nm,respectively,and the pore distribution of the solidified soil is optimized.The hydration reaction generates more ettringite and hydrated calcium silicate,presenting a denser structure and thus exhibiting superior mechanical properties.
